The Lamy 2000 taxus is a luxurious ballpoint pen made from a single piece of resilient, golden-yellow yew wood with complementary matte silver palladium-coated trim.  The yew wood is a light weight wood with a delicate grain - giving each pen a unique personality all of its own. 

Each pen is immaculately hand-finished with invisible joins to provide supreme writing comfort and a faultless aesthetic.
